Liquid Dangerous Goods Bonded Warehouse

The processing trade enterprises managing the prepare material of bonde warehouses should have an annual export volume of 10 million U.S. dollars.

Consignment maintenance bonded warehouse

It refers to the bonded warehouse specially store the imported consignment parts used for foreign products maintenance. Warehouse area should not be less than 2000 square meters.

Apply for the establishment of bonded warehouses, the documents you need to submit are:

(A) 'Bonded Warehouse Application';

(B) 'Bonded Warehouse Application Form';

(C) Feasibility Report;

(D) A copy of the enterprise legal person industrial and commercial business license

(E) A copy of the tax registration certificate (national tax and land tax);

(F) Acopy of the certificate of ownership structure (joint ventures);

(G) A copy of the bank account certificate;

(H)A copy of the land ownership or use right certificate of the site where the bonded warehousing is to be build and the property right proof of the bonded warehouse place of business to be opened, and house-leasing contract shall also be submitted if the house is rented;
(I) Location plans and plans of the bonded warehouse apply to open;

(J) Warehouse management system;

(K) For the application for the establishment of a consignment maintenance type bonded warehouse, a maintenance agreement between the enterprise and foreign businessmen shall also be submitted.

(L) Operating enterprise financial system and accounting system;

(M) Fire Acceptance Certificate;

(N) Other related materials needed.

When an enterprise applies to establish a bondedwarehouse, if the warehouse has been built or rented for warehouse management, the Customs shall collect all the above documents and proofs at one time; if the bonded warehouse is under construction, the above items (J), (N) documents can be submitted later during the warehouse acceptance.
